Hi! I'm Grant Hendricks. I grew up in the Austin,TX area and attended school at Texas Tech University.  My parents owned a BBQ restaurant and that's where I learned the value of hard work. Like many of you, Steamboat Springs allured me with its small town feel and hospitality.

 

Since calling Steamboat home in 2014, I've enjoyed many different, valuable work experiences in hospitality. These have included time as an Ambassador at Steamboat Ski Resort, as a Community Service officer for the Steamboat Police Department, and working for Guest Services at a high end hotel.  Along the way, I learned about customer service, communication and being attentive. These are the same qualities I base my business practices on today. 

 

I started Aspen Eye Property Management in 2018. Initially, I acted as an off-and-on Steamboat Springs caretaker, helping out here and there with handshake deals. However, the business has rapidly grown, and Aspen Eye is now a fully functional non-rental property management company in Steamboat Springs.
