Our wellness checks consist of a thorough, full-detail walkthrough that is personalized for you and your home. We take great pride in performing our wellness checks, and no corners are cut in this key aspect of Steamboat Springs property management. A few items that are part of our standard wellness checks are below: 

 

  • Exterior and interior visual inspection.

  • Verify all doors and windows are locked and secure. 

  • Run all faucets, showers, and toilets. 

  • Monitor thermostats and assure they are set appropriately for season.

  • Visually inspect for maintenance issues and damages (Immediately notify owner if serious).

  • Boiler room inspection.

We take care of your property all year round, from lawn care, landscaping and power washing in the spring, to summer renovation projects, winterizing in the fall, and snow removal in the winter months. We will be hands-on in all aspects to ensure everything gets done correctly and promptly.

Under our oversight, the job will be completed in a way that meets or even surpasses your standards.
